Why Casca?

Casca is building AGI for banking. We’re replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates 90% of the manual work humans once had to do.

We are looking for a Sourcer who thrives at the intersection of sourcing top talent across both engineering and operations functions and orchestrating a seamless interview experience. In this role you will own the early stages of the hiring funnel—identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates—while also serving as the operational backbone that keeps every hiring loop running on time and on track.

You will partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leads, and the broader team to understand requirements, build diverse candidate pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.

What You'll Do

Talent Sourcing (80%)

  • Proactively source passive and active candidates for both technical and nontechnical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, and niche communities.

  • Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines for current and anticipated openings, keeping candidate engagement warm through personalized outreach.

  • Craft compelling outreach messages and employer-brand content that resonates with candidates and drives response rates.

  • Partner with hiring managers to refine ideal candidate profiles, calibrate on must-have vs. nice-to-have skills, and adapt sourcing strategies in real time.

  • Track sourcing metrics (response rates, conversion rates, source-of-hire) and use data to continuously improve channel effectiveness.

  • Research market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscapes to inform sourcing priorities and talent-mapping efforts.

Interview Coordination (20%, as needed)

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling, balancing interviewer availability, candidate preferences, and panel composition.

  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates, preparation materials, and a white-glove experience.

  • Coordinate technical assessments, take-home exercises, and on-site or virtual interview days, ensuring all logistics are handled flawlessly.

  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate, up-to-date candidate records, interview notes, and pipeline stages.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce scheduling friction, shorten time-to-hire, and enhance the overall candidate experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruitment coordination in technical, high-growth organizations and startups

  • Hands-on proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and talent intelligence platforms.

  • Experience managing high-volume scheduling and coordinating multi-stage interview processes.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical professionals authentically.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby or similar).

What you'll get:

  • Impact & Ownership: A unique opportunity to shape the future of banking through AI, owning end-to-end product initiatives.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a talented and passionate team that values continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

  • Competitive Compensation: Includes salary, benefits, and potential equity in a fast-growing startup.

  • Professional Growth: Access to resources and mentorship to expand your skill set, influence strategy, and accelerate your career.

  • Culture of Innovation: We encourage risk-taking, learning from failures, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in fintech.

As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation.

Compensation Range: $100K - $130K
