About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse & Logistics Associate / Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This hands-on role combines warehouse operations, inventory management, production support, and deliveries for promotional events throughout Long Island, New York City, and surrounding areas.
No two days are the same. One day you may be organizing inventory and assembling event materials in the warehouse, and the next you’ll be delivering and setting up large-scale promotional activations for nationally recognized brands.
The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in completing every task safely and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
- Receive, sort, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for upcoming events.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and stock replenishment.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Production & Event Support
- Assemble promotional kits and marketing materials.
- Prepare event assets, displays, signage, and equipment.
- Assist with product packaging, labeling, and quality control.
- Ensure all materials are prepared accurately and on schedule.
Delivery & Logistics
- Safely deliver event materials throughout Long Island, New York City, and surrounding areas.
- Load and secure cargo for transport.
- Follow delivery schedules and efficient routes.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
- Return equipment and complete delivery documentation.
- Communicate delays or issues with the logistics manager.
Vehicle Responsibilities
- Safely operate company cargo vans and trucks.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after routes.
- Keep company vehicles clean and organized.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the warehouse is required.
- Comfortable driving company cargo vans and box trucks (experience preferred).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, moving, production, or event support is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 75 lbs on a regular basis.
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday.
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Safely load, unload, and transport large event equipment.

Schedule
- Full-Time/Part-time
- Occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on event schedules.
- Overtime available during busy seasons.
Pay starts at $25/hour, with opportunities for higher-paid assignments.
